
It’s amazing how much we’ve learned in the past couple decades, and this is a form of meditation that I’ve experienced myself which has helped considerably when I’m feeling stressed.
The key here is to listen and watch this video which is called Binaural beats, an ancient form of meditation that has been around for thousands of years in other forms. But not until now, has the discovery from scientist understood how it actually works. We’ll keep this introduction short so you can start calming yourself in a very effective manner.
Here’s how:
- Sit in a comfortable chair.
- Make sure you’re in a quiet and uninterrupted place.
- Put on a pair of headphones if you have them. This works best with them, but if you don’t have a pair, it will still work.
- Turn on the Angel Meditation video.
- Close your eyes and think of nothing; this is harder than it seems.
- With your mouth closed, breath slowing into through your nose, than slowly release through your mouth; do this at the minimum of 4-5 times.
- Immerse yourself into the sounds.
- Relax.
- At the end of the video, remain sitting and calm until you feel totally relaxed.
