When the tide finally turns, it can sometimes be a big Kahuna. My ear is still warm from speaking with T. Matthew Phillips about the progression of the class action lawsuit he filed against Monsanto in California. Now, it came to my attention this morning that yet another lawsuit may be pending for people who suffer from Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma due to the chemicals in Monsanto’s Round Up.
Phillips will argue his case before the court on July 20, 2015, and the only argument Monsanto has put forward thus far in their legal brief in an attempt to have the case dismissed is that the class action suit ‘goes against preemptive federal law’ for labeling. But it does not. The EPA’s own rules demand that chemicals like Round Up be clearly labeled, and protect public good. The case is very likely to proceed.
Now, the McDivitt Law Firm seems to be collecting evidence for a personal injury lawsuit. Ever since the World Health Organization’s IARC declared that glyphosate was ‘probably carcinogenic,’ it seems to have opened the floodgates for individuals who have been personally affected by the chemicals in Round Up. The McDivitt law firm is concentrating on the proven link between glyphosate and non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, among other cancers.
Monsanto better get its lawyers ready!

Residents of California can add their names to the class. Plaintiffs are soliciting funds to help cover litigation costs.
Furthermore, if you or someone you know has developed Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, Leukemia, Soft Tissue Carcinoma, or Myeloma after exposure to Monsanto’s Roundup/glyphosate – you may be entitled to compensation. The best way to find out is to contact McDivitt Law Firm at
